The school is a continuing education school and is open all year round except August. It is aimed at people over 14 years old who want to:
1) To learn about inshore sailing
2) To learn about the most exciting method of racing, match racing
3) To have a year-round involvement with sailing
4) To learn regulations and racing practices
The school provides a particularly good opportunity for corporate executives who want to prepare for the Corporate Match Race that the group organizes every September.

The coaches of the group will be available to help and advise them on the setup and preparation of their teams.
The benefits of this school for the student are many:
– It provides the opportunity to get to know and engage in competitive sailing all year round at a very low cost.
– It gives him the opportunity to train to participate in many match races that take place in Greece and abroad.
– It gives him the opportunity to meet other people with a common interest in sailing and match racing and create racing teams with them.
– It provides him with important practical and theoretical knowledge about competitive sailing.
The courses are held with Lightning and Yngling type boats.
Some of the advantages of the school are:
– Notes in electronic form
– Small number of students per boat
– Possibility of championship and switching to other classes
– Possibility to participate in international competitions
– Training with boats ideal for beginners but particularly exciting for the expert.
– Familiarisation with the organisation of a sailing project at any level
– Theoretical lessons relating to racing issues.
Class hours are every Saturday and Sunday as follows:
Group 1 10:00 – 12:00
Group 2 12:00 – 14:00
Group 3 14:00 – 16:00
Group 4 16:00 – 18:00
These groups are intended for both beginners and experienced sailors. Their goal is to clarify, for the experienced participants, the way of working on a three-person boat and to help them form teams of three so they can train together. At the same time, in these groups, there is enough flexibility and time for complete beginners to quickly learn the basics, so that they too can soon become part of teams and start training on a more competitive path.
The aim is that the distribution of the time of a student who has attended the school for the whole year should be as follows:
10% Theory – regulations
20% Match race practices
10% Boat preparation – setting
50% Training – boat handling
10% Racing practices – sail setting – speeds
